We are not liable for any loss of the product sent out to the buyer.
Please ensure that the mailing address is correct
We will only deliver your order upon receipt of full payment.
Orders take about 5-7 days to process upon confirmation of payment and pending stock availability.
Orders will be posted out every Mondays & Thursdays only.
We will try our best to ship our products promptly.
Please note that Singapore Postal Service does not deliver mail on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
During festive seasons, orders can be delayed, due to bulk of orders and the sheer inundation at the post office.

RETURN POLICY

We do pack your purchases with care to secure the package, but sometimes your items can be damaged during transit/shipping.
We regret that this is out of our control, and that we cannot be responsible for damages incurred during transit/shipping.
We will provide a one-to-one exchange should there be any defect of our product on a case-to-case basis.
Please contact us immediately, should you find your order to be defective.
We do not provide refunds for any of our products.

We prefer payment via bank transfer /Paynow / Paylah
Once payment is made, please email & provide us with the transaction reference number & name of payee.
Once we have received the payment, we will immediately mail out your order.
