We prefer payment via bank transfer / Paynow / Paylah.

Once payment is made, please provide us with the transaction reference number & name of payee.

Please note that the stated price exlude postage.

Orders will take about 5-7 days to process upon confirmation of payment and pending stock availability.

Orders will be posted out every Mondays & Thursdays only. However, we will try our best to ship our products promptly.

We are not liable for any loss of the product sent out to the buyer.

Please ensure that the mailing address is correct.

We do pack your purchases with care to secure the package, but sometimes your items can be damaged during transit/shipping.

We regret that this is out of our control, and that we cannot be responsible for damages incurred during transit/shipping.

We will provide a one-to-one exchange should there be any defect of our product on a case-to-case basis.
